Lisa Rogers teaches basic yoga, restorative yoga, yin and meditation yoga classes and personalizes yoga for pregnant women, seniors, larger bodied individuals, and cancer patients. With Registered Yoga Teaching Certification and 800 hours of teaching experience, she teaches at yoga studios throughout Sacramento and offers private in-home lessons.
