Why yoga4mindfulness?

Yoga 4 mindfulness is a system of yoga, using ancient classical hatha yoga methods, but with a Buddhist influence that incorporates meditation teaching. When bringing together the practical wisdom of Buddhism with the skill of hatha yoga, we discover a path in yoga that goes far beyond mere posture work. Instead, we find a method of self transformation and integration.

About yoga4mindfulness

Yoga for mindfulness is a Buddhist based approach to hatha yoga. Sadhita teaches yoga with an emphasis on bringing meditational principles into relationship with the actual practice of yoga posture and breathing. Meditation, taught from the Buddhist perspective, is an integral part of his teaching.
